OCCUPATION, 257/365


At this time of year, farming is a 24 hour a day "Occupation," Theme #206, as folks rush to harvest corn and beans before the rain and snow begins.

    There is a lot of that going on here too, normally they are done by this time of year, but w/ all of the rain it put them way behind! Wonderful capture!

    And I am so glad I'm not a farmer - horrible hours, hard work, and not always much money - but I am glad we have farmers. Nice photo.

    That would not be a common scene here in Connecticut--such farms as we have are mostly dairy famrs. It does demonstrate the ahrd work that farming is.
