Don't you love medical technology! A "Computer," Theme #62, look at a composite PET/CT scan. That's the inside of Mr. Lorri you're viewing with his oncologist giving a fingerpoint tour of the anatomical structures from top to, er, bottom.
If only he had had this photo when our girls were teenagers. He could have definitively refuted those disgusted girl looks that said dad's brain was either absent or firmly planted somewhere other than in his head.
You are too funny - and what a fun image!!
ReplyDeleteInteresting idea for the theme...where did you find the cat scan image? Nicely composed shot.
ReplyDeleteFunny! And a great idea for the theme...
ReplyDeleteGreat image for the theme and funny story.
ReplyDeleteIs Mr. Lorri OK?
ReplyDeleteBobbi, he's doing pretty well. Finished chemotherapy and still wrestling with some lingering side effects but that's not unusual. The PET/CT pictured showed no signs of returning cancer. He'll have scans every 6 months for 3 years and then every year for 2 more years. After 5 years he'll be considered "cured."
ReplyDeleteInteresting pic. I hope he;s well.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Mr. Lorri is doing well. This is a great idea for the theme, and a cute story to boot!
ReplyDeleteReally funny - and that finger seems to be pointed at a very strategic spot... I'm glad Mr. Lorri is doing well.
ReplyDeleteI love your description of this photo!
ReplyDeleteThe photo and description are great - but the news of a good scan is even better. Smiling for you all tonight... :-)
ReplyDeleteGotta love those kids!! Nice shot.
